To register and maintain an Account, you must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) using your own real identity. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout the life of your Account. ama788 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia, including cities and regions such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Palembang, and Makassar, as well as Indonesian nationals residing abroad.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on ama788. Creating duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under fictitious identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, ama788 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain any balance associated with the duplicated Accounts.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that prevents you from accessing gambling services, you must not register or use ama788.
To open an Account, you must complete the ama788 registration form in full, providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity card number (NIK) or equivalent identification, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. False or misleading information provided at registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ama788 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ama788 Support immediately via the contact details in Section 14.

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in Account suspension and may result in permanent closure. Withdrawals will not be processed on Accounts with incomplete KYC status.
ama788 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA is mandatory for all withdrawal requests above Rp 5.000.000. ama788 accepts no liability for Account compromises on Accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled.
ama788 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
All Account Balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). ama788 does not support foreign currency deposits. Any conversion from foreign currency to IDR conducted by your bank or payment provider is your responsibility and will be at that provider's prevailing exchange rate.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ama788 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30 times (30×) the bonus amount before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 1.000.000 requires total wagering of Rp 30.000.000 before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
All bonuses have a default validity period of 14 calendar days from the date of credit, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
The ama788 Football Accumulator Boost is applied automatically to qualifying mix parlay (accumulator) bets meeting the minimum selection and odds criteria at the time of bet settlement. The boost is applied directly to the winnings balance and does not carry wagering requirements. Specific eligibility criteria for the accumulator boost are published on the relevant promotion page and are subject to change.
All bets placed on ama788 are subject to acceptance by the platform. ama788 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the bet exceeds a Member's pre-approved stake limits, where the odds were published in error, or where the platform detects suspicious betting patterns.
Football betting markets — including Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, and mix parlay accumulators — are settled based on the official result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus injury time, unless otherwise stated. In-play bets are accepted at ama788's live pricing and are final once confirmed. Matches abandoned before completion will be settled in accordance with the applicable league's and ama788's specific void/partial settlement rules published in the Sportsbook Help section.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ama788's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ama788 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, detects fraud or suspicious activity, or is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation. During suspension, the Member will be unable to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
Following an investigation into a suspended Account, ama788 may permanently close the Account. In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, duplicate Accounts, or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance that is not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Member via the original deposit payment method, subject to full KYC verification.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ama788 Support. Before closing your Account, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining Real Money Balance. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
